1Eligibility & Medical Registration Requirements
Prime Services is a specialized platform catering exclusively to qualified healthcare candidates and accredited medical organizations.
- Doctor Candidates: Must possess a valid medical degree (MBBS/BDS/MD/MS/DNB or recognized diploma) and active registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or a State Medical Council in India.
- Hospitals & Clinics: Must be legally established healthcare entities with proper municipal, state, or NABH/Government licenses to operate and employ clinical staff in West Bengal.
- You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts.
2Account Creation & Verification
When creating an account, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. Providing fraudulent NMC registration numbers, forged certificates, or false hospital representation will result in immediate permanent account suspension and potential referral to relevant statutory bodies.
3Subscriptions & Payment Terms
Prime Services offers free basic tiers alongside premium paid subscriptions for both doctors and hospitals:
• Subscription fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways (Razorpay/Stripe).
• Subscriptions renew according to the chosen billing cycle (monthly/quarterly/annual) unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
4Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, defamatory, or discriminatory job advertisements or candidate profiles.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract candidate or hospital data without written permission.
- Circumvent platform subscription boundaries or share account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
- Impersonate any medical council official, hospital administrator, or doctor.
5Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
Prime Services acts as an intermediary technology platform connecting doctors and healthcare facilities. While we conduct credential verification checks:
• Hospitals remain solely responsible for performing final background checks, clinical competency interviews, and verifying physical original certificates prior to issuing employment offers.
• Doctors remain solely responsible for validating employment conditions, compensation agreements, and workplace safety before joining any facility.
• Prime Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of placement outcomes or employment disputes.
6Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Durgapur / Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal.
