We collect information to deliver seamless medical job matching and ensure the authenticity of registered professionals.

• Doctor Candidates: Full Name, Email, Phone Number, State Medical Council & National Medical Commission (NMC) Registration Number, Qualifications (MBBS/MD/MS/Diploma), Specialization, Years of Experience, CV/Resume, and preferred location.

• Hospital / Healthcare Employers: Institution Name, NABH/Government Registration Details, Official Email Address, Contact Person Name, Hospital Address, and job post specifications.

• Technical & Usage Data: IP Address, browser type, device identifiers, and platform usage metrics collected standardly via cookies and session storage.

2How We Use Your Information

Your data is exclusively used for legitimate platform operations:

  • Verifying NMC medical registration numbers against state medical council registries.
  • Connecting doctors with relevant hospital job opportunities in West Bengal.
  • Processing subscription transactions securely via encrypted payment gateways (Razorpay / Stripe).
  • Sending critical notifications regarding job application updates, interview schedules, or security alerts.
  • Improving platform performance, UI responsiveness, and preventing fraudulent accounts.

3Information Sharing & Visibility

We respect confidentiality and enforce strict controls over profile disclosure:

Doctor Profiles

Public views show qualifications, specialty, and experience. Contact information (phone & email) is unmasked only for verified hospitals when an application is submitted or a subscription tier allows direct contact.

Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data is shared only with essential cloud infrastructure providers (Supabase DB, Vercel) under strict data protection agreements.

4Data Security & Retention

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) to safeguard stored credentials and resumes. We retain profile data for as long as your account remains active or as required by Indian legal standards.

5Your Rights & Account Deletion

You maintain complete control over your personal data:

  • Access & Update: You can edit your profile details or upload updated credentials anytime in dashboard settings.
